How To Donate

• Call our toll free number (800) 600-4143 or fill out a donation form on-line. You will need to provide us with the year, make, model and exact mileage of your vehicle. In addition, you will need the license plate number and vehicle identification number (VIN), which is a 17-digit number found on your registration, title, or insurance policy. It can also be found on your car, near the base of the windshield, usually on the left-hand side.
• If calling during non-business hours, please leave your name and phone number (with area code) on the recording and a donation representative will return your call as soon as possible.
• An insured and licensed towing company will make arrangements with you directly to pick up the vehicle at a mutually acceptable time. You will need to provide the tow driver with your signed title and keys.
• You will need to submit a Report of Sale to the Department of Licensing. The report of sale form is usually attached to your Washington title, but if it isn't or you prefer to submit the report via the internet, click here to submit the report online. When completing the Report of Sale form please use the following information:

  Purchaser Address: 1436 Second St; Suite 258; Napa, CA 94559
  Date Vehicle Was Sold: The date the vehicle is picked up
  Purchase Price: Gift
  
  
• We will mail you an official receipt acknowledging your charitable contribution. The receipt is necessary to claim your tax deduction.
