The Oregon Mediation Association is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization of members committed to the development, support and advocacy of mediation in the State of Oregon. OMA provides opportunities for mediators to work together to elevate the quality and expand the availability of mediation programs and services in Oregon. OMA and its supporters work to transform the ways in which Oregonians resolve conflict. OMA seeks to shift Oregon away from the traditional adversarial approach to conflict toward a collaborative mediation approach.
OMA was founded in 1986. Membership in OMA provides opportunities for mediators to work together to elevate the quality and expand the availability of mediation programs and services in Oregon.
