Family Support Network of Central Carolina believes that the greatest asset a child can have is a strong family. Our mission is to provide support, education and caring connections to those who have a child with special needs or born prematurely.
When a child is born prematurely or diagnosed with a disability, a family’s world can be turned upside-down. Our services are designed to make this experience easier for families by providing:

~Social opportunities for families
~easy-to-read, family-friendly information to help you understand your child’s diagnosis and treatment options
~Support groups including:
-Moms’ group: an informal support group for Moms of children with any kind of special needs
-Dads’ group: an informal support group for Dads of children
with any kind of special needs
-Sibshops: recreation based peer support program for
brothers & sisters of kids with special needs
-Sensory processing disorder support group: support/
informational group for parents of children
-ADHD support group: for parents of children with ADHD
-Down Syndrome support group: for parents of children with
All of our services are confidential, and offered at little or no cost to families!
The Family Support Network of Central Carolina serves North Carolina families in Alamance, Caswell, Guilford, Randolph, and Rockingham Counties.
