Outreach & Escort, Inc. is a California based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 1979. Our main service area is Santa Clara County but services may be offered in other areas of the Bay Area as funding permits.
Our mission is to connect multicultural seniors, persons with disabilities, low-income persons, and Veterans with the social services/case management services, transportation services, and with the mobility management services they need to live independently and with dignity. We do this with a person-centered holistic approach, applying technology and partnerships to achieve the highest benefit for individuals and our community.
